NOTE for Private Email Users:
প্রাইভেট অ্যাকাউন্টে নেটফ্লিক্স থেকে ডাইরেক্ট ব্যান দিলে আমাদের কিছু করার নেই। কারন আমরা শুধু অ্যাকাউন্টএ ব্যালেন্স লোড করে দেই। তাই এটা সম্পূর্ন নেটফ্লিক্সের থেকে আসে এবং এটার ব্যাপারে আমাদের কিছু করার নেই। আর আমরা যেহেতু ব্যালেন্স লোড করে দেই তাই Netflix থেকে প্ল্যানরেট বাড়ালে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে ব্যালেন্স থেকে নতুন প্ল্যানরেটে চার্জ করবে। সেক্ষেত্রে দ্রুত ব্যালেন্স শেষ হবে।

আমাদের শেয়ার্ড প্রোফাইল গুলো আমরা ৯৯% গ্যারান্টি দিয়ে থাকি যে রিনিউ হবে। অনেক সময় বিভিন্ন সমস্যা দেখা যায় যেটা স্বয়ং নেটফ্লিক্সের বিভিন্ন পলিসি চেঞ্জের জন্য আসে। সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে অন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রোভাইড করা হবে। History চলে যাবে এসব বলেও আর কাজ হবে না তাই এই কন্ডিশন মেনেই নিতে হবে। মাসের শুরুতে বা মাঝে অ্যাকাউন্ট এ উপরের মত কোন ইস্যু হলে আমরা ফিক্স করে দিবো আর না করতে পারলে নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট/প্রোফাইল দিবো।
